The High-Density  PU Spray Foam Pre-Insulated Pipeline Production Facility  is constructed from three integral components: a robust working steel pipe, a meticulously sprayed polyurethane insulation layer, and a durable extruded polyethylene outer protective layer. During the production process, the thickness of both the insulation layer and the outer protective layer can be precisely adjusted within a defined range to meet specific project requirements. Quantitative production is meticulously tailored based on the parameters of the medium used in centralized heating and cooling systems, as well as the required insulation layer thickness to effectively manage heat dissipation losses, thereby ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction for diverse projects.
